Nights Away / Activity Forms
Important Note
You must be logged in on the Berkshire Scouts website for the below links to go directly to the correct page. If you are not logged in then you will be shown the log in page, after which you need to choose the appropriate option (Activity Approvals or Nights Away Notifications) from the menu on the right hand side of the page.
An activity form must be completed for any activity taking place away from your normal meeting place.
A nights away form must be completed for any camp or overnight residential experience (including at your normal meeting place).
County Nights Away Notification
To run a nights away event, you will need to complete the training and obtain a permit. Contact your training adviser for details on what training is required and to be put in touch with a nights away assessor. To obtain a permit, please complete the form here
