Appointment Forms

You create new members on the scout membership website. There is no need for the adult to complete a form but you may find it useful to collect the information, see AIF Form (editable pdf). There is no need for them to sign the form as the new member completes the declaration online.

For DBSs, the member/leader will receive a link to enter their own details. Once is this complete, someone from the leadership team with an account in Scout Disclosures must log in and validate the details that have been entered.
